Responsible for management of complex enterprise software development efforts focusing on technology of CRM and related processes within the Siebel 7.5 application. Will provide and manage application configuration estimates and capacity planning. Responsible for managing EIM data migration, integrations to SAP, CTI, Siebel Analytics and Actuate reporting. Qualified applicants will possess practical and proven experience in all areas of managing the technical development process of enterprise solutions including: Team Management: Ability to manage and coordinate tasks of a large team of application and integration developers engaged in parallel development tracks during phased implementations. Qualified applicants will have a proven track record of effective resource management that has led to excellence in application development lifecycle. Project Management: Will be responsible for creation and execution of development project plans and schedules. Monitors project scope and tracks/resolves issues and ensure timeliness -and quality of deliverables.

Your Profile:

Should have 8-10 years experience implementing enterprise solutions from a technical standpoint. Qualified candidates will have been actively involved with multiple global implementations of CRM projects and have a firm grasp of complex integrated enterprise systems. Should have knowledge of Siebel's Sales and Quote/Order Modules. Must have extensive knowledge of the Siebel data model; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Should have knowledge of Siebel's Product Module, Siebel's Multilingual Capability, Siebel's Integration (EIM/EAI) Capability, Siebel's Repository Migration Process, Siebel's Architecture, Siebel's Data Model, Siebel Workflow, Batch Scripting, SQL, Siebel Remote and Unicode Deployment,Should have experience with concurrent development streams, Repeating Component Requests, Oracle Import/Export Processes, Understanding of how Siebel OLTP and Siebel Analytics interact, Experience with Siebel's Report and Proposal Generator, Architecture Experience integrating Siebel and SAP, Experience researching functionality in Siebel Tools, Knowledge of how Mercury Interactive is used to support Siebel TestingDue to a large number of worldwide rollouts, periodic evening or weekend work will be required. Some travel is required. Candidates must identify if they have any restrictions on travel (either within the United States or outside the United States) since we are now deploying Siebel beyond North America.
